Grants & Awards

One of the biggest ways we support our district and students is through grants and awards. Read on to discover the projects the PTSA has funded this year as well as the awards given to graduating Seniors.

Teacher Grants

The DFPTSA provides several grants to teachers in the district in order to fund special projects that happen throughout the year or to supplement their classroom needs. Student Awards

Each Spring, the DFPTSA gives $500 awards to students who stand out at school and also have a strong track record of service to our community.

The Community Service Award is presented to the seniors who best demonstrates a strong record of service, a true commitment to their community, and good academic standing.

The Good Citizen Award is presented to the seniors who, during the course of their high school years, worked hard to attain their own personal best as students and as members of the larger community.
